In an industry facing unprecedented challenges, leadership that inspires, innovates, and motivates is more crucial than ever. Frank Narciso, the newly appointed President of the New York City Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (NYC SMACNA), is stepping into this role at a pivotal time for union construction companies. With a wealth of experience as President of Contractors Sheet Metal and a deep commitment to the industry, Narciso is determined to lead by example, encouraging others to expand and build—even in the face of adversity.
 
A Vision for Growth in Challenging Times
The union construction industry has been navigating rough waters, dealing with economic uncertainty, rising costs, and increased competition from non-union firms. However, Narciso believes that these challenges present opportunities for companies willing to adapt, innovate, and invest in the future.
